Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake


So this is my first baking post kinda. It is really just a super quick and simple mug cake recipe which is gluten free too! I find it great for when I'm just craving a good chocolate cake, but don't really want to bake a whole cake just for myself, and its quite satisfying because it's not overly sugary sweet either.


Ingredients


3 Tbsp of Oat or Coconut Flour 
1.5 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
1.5 Tbsp of Soft Dark Brown Sugar or Stevia
1 Tbsp of Coconut or Sunflower Oil
1 Tbsp of Honey
1/4 Tsp of Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
3 Tbsp of Milk



1. Add all dry ingredients to your mug, I used a 250ml mug for this, then mix together



2. Add the milk to the mix and combine well, making sure there aren't any lumps in the mixture.

3. Then microwave for 1 minute on the high setting for a melted middle, may need a bit longer depending on the wattage of your microwave

4. Enjoy warm with cream or any topping you like
